Aye Theint Thu (Thu Thu) lives in Yangon, where she works for the United Nations Migration Agency as a National Program Officer. She became a DeBoer Fellow to learn leadership and development skills so that she can better help high risk communities in Myanmar.

Caing Ngaih Lwin

Caing Ngaih Lwin (Julie) lives in Yangon, where she works for the Colorful Girls/Girls Determined as the Circles Coordinator. She became a DeBoer Fellow to learn leadership and management skills to use in her organization and community.

Cracy Than

Cracy Than lives in Bago, where she works for the Noor Education and Community Center as the Executive Director. She became a DeBoer Fellow to further develop her interpersonal, management, leadership, and critical thinking skills.

Daw Naing Soe Aye

Daw Naing Soe Aye lives in Rakhine, where she works for the Care and Educated Development Program as a Volunteer Program Director. She became a DeBoer Fellow to develop leadership, management, and negotiation skills with local communities and governments within Myanmar.
